Carmen Arismendy, MD, CCRC | President and Founder of ARYSMED, has more than 15 years of knowledge and experience in clinical research.

She has worked in multidisciplinary groups from different divisions, departments and institutions engaged in clinical trials; she has extensive experience in implementing a systematic strategy to build the appropriate platform to conduct clinical trial at major medical centers that include Mount Sinai and NYU Hospital.

She was responsible for building clinical trial capabilities from the “ground up,” at numerous medical practices and health facilities and actively participating in all aspects of research programs. Dr. Arismendy received a medical degree from Cartagena University School of Medicine in Colombia and stayed on as Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology. Dr Arismendy lives in Ridgewood, NJ with her husband and two children.
