I am a Sr. Salesforce CRM Consultant at Daraz (Alibaba Group). I provide consultancy and Design system on three Salesforce Apps i-e Service Cloud, Salescloud and Marketing Cloud.

⤵️ Daraz CRM (Alibaba Group)

Daraz is South Asia's online shopping and selling destination of choice present in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Nepal. Supported by a wide range of tailored marketing, data, and service solutions, the pioneering ecommerce ecosystem in South Asia has 30,000 sellers and 500 brands, serving 5 million consumers.

Responsibilities:

◾ Design Daraz Customer Service center.

◾ Implement internal communication on customer case.

◾ Integrate Service cloud with third party tools like Surveygizmo and Formstack

◾ Provide consultancy to All Daraz Global five ventures.

◾ Mange Salesforce Org of 1500 global users with different level of security as per their roles.

◾ Provide consultancy on Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud for Daraz-global.

◾ Developed Email and SMS campaign on Marketing Cloud through Journey Builder.

◾ Integrate Infobip in Marketing cloud for SMS Campaign.

◾ Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

◾ Integrate salesforce with business system like Formstack and Surveygizmo.

◾ Developed and run Email Campaign at Oracle Responsys Marketing Platform Cloud Service.

◾ Support the implementation from proposal to delivery. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the Business requirements then applying best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce solution to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets/exceeds functional requirements.
