Asal is the founder of Susamusa, a slow fashion label that creates timeless, vintage-inspired pieces using deadstock or vintage fabric. Susamusa has been featured in Vogue, Grazia and Elle and Asal’s designs have been worn by celebrities such as Bella Hadid and Addison Rae.

She is a graduate of Kings College London, where she studied Chemistry and focused her thesis on the harmful effects of fast fashion on the environment.
