Hi, I'm Asande Merit Ngwenya, a third-year Bachelor of Education student at the University of Johannesburg, majoring in Accounting and Business Studies. I am passionate about education and giving back to my community in ways that contribute to the empowerment and emancipation of Black children through quality learning and positive leadership.
Beyond academics, I have a deep appreciation for the arts, including music, photography, visual art, and creative writing. I enjoy expressing myself creatively and believe that creativity plays an important role in education, leadership, and personal growth.
I naturally gravitate towards leadership roles and thrive in environments that challenge me to think creatively, collaborate with others, and make a meaningful impact. My goal is to become an educator who inspires learners, fosters innovation, and contributes to building stronger communities through education.
