Sourcing candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods( Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Carrier builder ) .Screening and building a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements.Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on our processes.Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation and facilitate the placement of candidates.Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.Submitting qualified candidates to open job requirements.
