I was drawn into the world of massage after completing my first international diploma in Holistic Massage Therapy in 2010. After which I was drawn into the world of Sport and decided to study Coaching Science Through ETA in 2011. During this time I completed a years course in Sports Massage Therapy at Health Studies ,which allowed me to obtain my International Qualification in Sports Therapy. By the end of 2012 I had my Coaching Sciences and Conditioning Qualification completed along with Sports Massage , which helped me to understand and deal with Sporting Injuries presented when dealing with athletes through the conditioning phases of periodisation in their sporting codes. I enjoy using a hands on approach when dealing with injuries in order to facilitate active recovery.
