Doris Aschenbrenner is an assistant professor at TU Delft. Her main research interest is to create sustainable employment within the fourth industrial revolution. She works on “human-robot coproduction” and wants to optimize the hybrid system out of worker (operator 4.0) and automation/robot systems with respect to worker well-being and overall system performance. This covers the fields of applied ergonomics, robotics and automation, cognitive systems and advanced human-machine interfaces like Augmented and Virtual Reality.
