Executive legal and governance leader with more than two decades advising global organisations at the intersection of technology, regulation and operational risk. I work with executive and C‑suite leadership on high‑stakes decisions across privacy, AI governance, cybersecurity, data strategy, sanctions/export controls, litigation and complex commercial execution.

I have operated at enterprise scale inside a publicly listed, science‑driven multinational active in 160+ countries, serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Senior Regulatory Counsel for EMEA+, and advising 14+ divisions across commercial, product, R&D and corporate functions. My work includes regulatory strategy across 100+ jurisdictions, cross‑border data and technology matters, commercial disputes, tenders and litigation management with headquarters reporting.

Earlier in my career, I served as Managing Partner in private practice with full executive responsibility across legal, commercial and operational domains while advising multinational clients in highly regulated sectors. This background underpins my ability to translate policy into governance, product‑enablement and operational clarity across fintech, medtech, pharma, energy, engineering and digital infrastructure.

I have published with Aranzadi, Thomson Reuters, Civitas and Wolters Kluwer, and lectured at IE Business School, CEU and URJC — external validation of the depth I bring to data, security and technology law.
