Hello World! I'm Angela, the creative mind behind the blog you've discovered called, Eat 2 Be Whole.

Because two of my biggest passions are Food and Wellness, my blog is focused on how food can be used to heal our bodies. I am a work in progress, therefore, I am using this forum as a platform to not only document my own food journey, but to inspire others to eat to improve the quality of their health simultaneously.

Many of us live in an urban environment which makes eating whole even more of a challenge. Which is why my Blog will include tips on what foods contain the greatest healing properties, recipes for preparing whole foods so to gain the highest benefit, and even growing techniques, all from an urban perspective.
