With over 34 years of marketing leadership across India and international markets, I run The Marketing Gliders — a strategic marketing consulting firm committed to business growth through clarity, planning, and execution.

I have had the opportunity to lead marketing functions at some of the world’s most respected organizations, including Dabur, Airtel, Reliance Jio, Shell, Teacher’s 50, and Business Today, with roles such as Chief Brand Marketing Officer at Jio, Head of Marketing at Airtel, and Director – Strategy at India Today Group.

I am also associated in the capacity of Chief Mentor with IIML and IIM K with Incubators as well

as with IIT Madras as Mentor for Cohorts, also associated with a few Accelerators on their

advisory board as well as Mentorship for fully funded start-ups.
