Ø Responsible for generating new clients and mapping new segments. Ø Analyze the client’s requirement, negotiate on the rate part and tie up with them for the long term business. Ø Interact with the clients on daily basis to understand their requirement and different selection procedures and communicate the same to the recruiter. Ø Handle end to end recruitment from requirement generation till invoicing the candidate and also responsible for the payments from the client. Ø Interact with the recruiters and give them about the clarity of the company and their manpower requirements. Ø Responsible for the development and delivery of short and long term strategic business goals Strategy development, Planning and Reporting Ø Maintaining the relationship with the existing clients also and provide them best manpower solutions to generate more and more revenues. Ø Proactive, aggressive and do have positive attitude towards the work and the targets given.
