Ami-Lou Sharpe

I'm a freelance graphic designer and children's illustrator based in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire.

Prior to this I was working as a Design Manager for WDA Branding in Derby, WDA are a busy marketing agency, whose clients include Yamaha, Smith Partnership Solicitors, Pirelli and Derbyshire Health Service.

As a freelance designer I have been lucky enough to work with some fantastic clients including Random House, Buster Books, Parragon, Creative by Deluxe, Sony Music, Bertie and Boo, Hattrick Marketing and Attic Sound and Music.

I've also illustrated and designed three ipad apps and have made a stop-animation music video.

I studied graphic design at Shillington College, Melbourne, graduating in 2004.

I'm passionate about theatre and acting too, in summer 2014 I performed as Hermia from 'A Midsummer Nights Dream' at The Minack Theatre in Cornwall with Derby Shakespeare Theatre Company. More recently, at the end of February, I performed as Jane Bennett from 'Pride and Prejudice' at the Leicester Little Theatre.
