Ashleigh Chavez Chula Vista

Ashleigh Chavez Chula Vista is a human resources strategist with deep expertise across employee relations, DEI, global HR, and compliance. She works at the intersection of policy, culture, and technology, helping organizations build systems that support both structure and growth. Based in San Diego, she holds a degree in human resources and is currently pursuing an MBA from SDSU.

Her experience spans organizational development, HR tech and analytics, talent acquisition, L&D, and total rewards. She supports companies with both U.S.-based and international teams, including immigration and expat services. She believes in an HR approach that prioritizes fairness, accountability, and cross-cultural fluency.

Outside of her work in HR, Ashleigh is a certified dog trainer and volunteer who helps women earn their GEDs. She also serves as Director of Sponsorships and Community Relations for the Pop Warner Board. She has three sons, a passion for reading, and visits Disneyland monthly with her family. She is currently working toward dual Italian citizenship.
