New York, New York, United States
I graduated from Penn State in 2011, and have since worked my way up in the advertising industry through a career in media planning. I’ve lived in the northeast my entire life and am eager to branch out. I currently live in New York City and love exploring and taking advantage of everything it has to offer. In 2015, my friends and I created a bucket list of 100 things we wanted to do in NYC. While we were only able to knock off 62 of them, it encouraged me to experience so many things that I otherwise wouldn't have. I hope to be able do the same in Austin.
In the same spirit, I love traveling. Whenever I explore a new city, I make it a point to find the best local spot to experience the city’s authentic cuisine. This backfired on me when studying abroad after acquiring what I’ve come to lovingly refer to as the ‘Belgium Bulge’; needless to say, chocolate, waffles, and fries are my weakness!
Cliché as it may be, my New Year’s resolution is to be active. As embarrassing as it is to admit, prior to September 2014, I had never run a mile without stopping. Motivated by friends (and access to a private treadmill), I decided to push myself a little more every day, and by last spring entered my first serious obstacle race. While I still dread the act of running, the feeling of accomplishment afterwards makes it all worth it.StartFragmentEndFragmentStartFragmentEndFragmentStartFragment
