My name is Ashley Teske, and I’m a property management professional based in Sudbury, Ontario. I earned a Property Management Certificate from George Brown College in 2011, giving me a solid foundation in property administration, tenant relations, building operations, and Ontario housing regulations. I enjoyed learning how properties function behind the scenes and how strong organization and communication can make a difference for both tenants and owners.

I continued my education at Conestoga College, where I completed the Real Estate Development and Management program. I gained a broader understanding of the real estate industry, including development planning, maintenance coordination, financial basics, and long-term property operations.

After much deliberation, I decided to build my career in the Sudbury area. I’ve lived in the area since 2013. I’ve really grown to love it here, and I value the strong feeling of community. In my professional role, I focus on supporting residential and mixed-use properties through a hands-on management style. My work includes coordinating maintenance, communicating with tenants, managing records, and helping ensure properties operate smoothly. I value reliability, follow-through, and communication, and my goal is to create positive working relationships with everyone involved.

Outside of work, I like learning about local history and sharing what I discover through blogging. I like researching old buildings, community changes, and stories that reflect how the Sudbury area has changed. Gardening is another big hobby of mine, and I enjoy maintaining my own garden at home. I also spend time hiking the beautiful trails around Onaping Falls and Greater Sudbury, which helps me stay active and connected to the environment that surrounds my community.
