My name is Ashley Akins, and I am so glad you stumbled upon my information. I am Recreation Therapist and hold my Masters Degree of Gerontology. I have put a large amount of time and research into Dementia and have a true passion for this line of research.

I adore older adults, and focus most of my research on providing engaging and meaningful care for those living successfully with dementia or memory loss.
