Ashley is a Design & Technology advocate passionate about supporting and creating K-16 and city-wide community programs within under served communities. Her mission is to work in the area of Education and Community Development within urban public sectors: to help create, develop and maintain programs and initiatives that expose, and inspire individuals to opportunities & initiatives that advance people pf color.

Ashley believes that by providing exciting learning opportunities, and exposing students to careers; in turn it further propels students on a path towards STEAM-via the creation of a pipeline of initiatives driven by Access, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion; which are the four pillars to what drives her work.
