Ashley Cain, Esq.
Ashley is a highly motivated Associate Attorney with Holland & Hart's Energy and Infrastructure Group working on Project Development and Finance transcations.
Ashley graduated from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law where she specialized in Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources Law and was a Staff Editor for the Transportation Law Journal.
Previously, Ashley worked with the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Chief Counsel, reviewing financial assistance contracts and researching compliance matters regarding bankruptcy, property, employment, tax, environmental, and federal statutes.
As a student attorney in DU Law's Environmental Law Clinic, Ashley researched and drafted legal documents concerning the NEPA, the CAA, the ESA, FOIA, and preliminary injunctions.
Additionally, Ashley served as a judicial intern for Judge Rappaport in the Denver District Court.
In her personal life, Ashley is a runner, triathlete, and world traveler of over 50 countries. In 2012, she competed in the Denver Rock & Roll Half-Marathon and the Tri for the Cure.
