Ashley D.V. Smith is a dedicated higher education administrator professional with over 10 years of experience in customer service. Exceptional knowledge of the implementation of policy and procedures with a person focused service orientation. Excellent organizational skills and a passion for relationship building. Ashley has earned her Associate's of Applied Business Technologies from Cuyahoga Community College and Bachelor's of Fine Art in Graphic Design from The University of Akron. In addition, in 2015 Ashley completed her Master's of Business Administration at Walden University in Marketing and in the Fall of 2016 completed her Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management.

Ms. Smith loves to encourage others and work with diverse groups of people. Community outreach and graphic design is her passion. Ultimately, Ashley is working hard to become a successful social entrepreneur to help her community and different causes in the world. She is an advocate of community outreach and is a volunteer for numerous non-profit and young professional organizations.
