Ashley Turner

Fort Lauderdale native with a passion to make our City the best it can be.

Ashley Turner is a Fort Lauderdale native and a Community Manager for Cadence - a Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Planning firm located within FAT Village Arts District in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Ashley is also the creator and iPhonegrapher behind the social media outlet, @DowntownFTL. Originally started as a daily living documentation project in early 2012, she captured the city as a local through the perspective of a tourist. The account grew an eager following and has continued as a way to bring locals together and to promote a sense of unity in our community. Ashley enjoys being part of the team that helps make our little corner of the world a better place to live.
