Ashley brings over ten years of strategic and operational experience on the local, state, and federal level for non-profit, for-profit and governmental organizations to The Roseboro Group.

Recently, Ashley worked as the Director of Operations for the Bonner Group, a Washington, D.C.-based progressive non-profit and Democratic political fundraising firm. Their clients include some of the most prominent and effective, progressive organizations across the country. As part of his operations work, Ashley oversaw the financial, legal, operational aspects of the organization. He designed and set up processes that streamlined work and allowed the organization to function at a more efficient and effective level.

Before working for the Bonner Group, Ashley served as the Director of Operations for the Democratic Party of Virginia, where he managed the financial and operational functions of the organization. While at the DPVA, he trained individuals on best practices for campaign finance, implemented strategies that allowed the organization to streamline the operational procedures, and successfully manage the finances of the organization, which led the organization solvency by the end of the fiscal year.

Ashley earned his bachelor’s degree from Greensboro College in Political Science and Sociology and a master’s degree from Boston University in Criminal Justice. He is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration at the College of William and Mary.

Ashley grew up in North Carolina and now resides in the Washington, DC metropolitan area with his wife.
