After being recruited for NBC's The Voice (she has the email to prove it!) and debuting her TV career on the Amber Rose show (S1E1), Ashley decided that BTS was more her jam. With 5 siblings, a mom with 16 siblings (you read that right), and a grandma with schizophrenia, Ashley's got stories for days. A native of El Paso, Texas and a former high school teacher in Mississippi, she's studied at iO West (RIP) + UCB, completed both ABC/NBC's NHMC TV Writers Program and Univision/Televisa's Latino Scriptwriters Intensive, and is a graduate of Amherst College. Her work has placed as a finalist in the Breakk's Screenwriters Contest and as a Semifinalist at Austin Film Festival. Most recently, she wrote for Netflix/Dreamworks TV's Fast & Furious. She is repped by Circle of Confusion.
