Ashley Splawn is a Partner Manager and Business Development Professional.

She is currently a Partner Manager at Accenture, a Fortune 500 company that specializes in information technology and consulting.

Ashley's talent and knowledge for business development started in 2012 working for the sports and entertainment industry for 8 years which included the MLB, AEG Worldwide, and NBA.

In addition, Ashley was the Director of Membership with The Gathering Spot that serves as a cultural epicenter for leaders across different industries to build meaningful communities, curated experiences, compelling content, and inspiring spaces for the community and culture. Here, she led ideation, innovation, strategy, and implementation across multiple verticals that grew the membership community.

Aside from sports/entertainment and community, Ashley has done business development for AllSeated, a technology event planning platform for in person events and experiences in the metaverse. As an Account Executive, Ashley led sales campaigns throughout North America.

Ashley continues her community involvement with Soccer in the Streets that empowers Atlanta’s youth through soccer training, character development, mentoring, and employability programs where she serves as part of the Young Professionals Committee.

Ashley holds a bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Lees McRae College and a former 4 year NCAA athlete for the Women's soccer team. Also, she holds a Masters degree in Sports Management from California Baptist University.
