I weigh less than I have in SIX YEARS! And, in the words of Molly Richards (one of the cast members of TurboFire), “It’s all because of TurboFire!”

From my highest weight of 220, to my current weight of 163 lbs., life could not get any better! Please let me know if there is any way I can help you reach your goals. For me, it was focusing on simplicity. Before in my many, many attempts to lose the 60 lbs. I gained from age 19-22, I would get all amped up, take pictures, write journal entries, create an Excel spreadsheet for a food log, schedule strict workouts, sometimes double-up workouts, and by doing all of that, completely overwhelmed myself. This time, I set out a few rules (Wednesday = weigh-day, 5 workout days a week (TurboFire), healthy meals every few hours with the occasional craved item as long as I stayed within 1200-1500 calories per day), and with my heart rate monitor and The Calorie King as my guides, I just went for it. I don't even have "before" pictures because I didn't want to sabotage myself, so my "before" pictures are from one of my initial attempts to make my health a priority, at 220 lbs.
I now do TurboFire daily--I am completely addicted! I still have 15-20 lbs. to lose (we'll see what my body looks like at 150 lbs. and go from there) and I plan to keep "going to class" with the rest of the TF Cast. I'm also adding 2-3 days of lifting per week, using the ChaLEAN Extreme program, which is also phenomenal.
ANYONE can do this! Just get started! Two pounds a week, and before you know it, you're there, and you don't even know what happened. Suddenly, everything just clicks. =)
