I love design, analysis, and theory of large scale distributed systems. I worked on design and development of online monitoring and analytics systems infrastructure for managing small scale cloud datacenters. This further, led my work on black box behavior monitoring and analysis of virtualized systems. I am interested in applying statistical analysis to analyze distributed systems runtime behaviors for fault diagnosis and root cause analysis. My interests in distributed systems and statistical analysis led me to crowd sourcing systems and platforms. I developed a crowd sourcing codebase for posting HIT on Amazon Mechanical Turk. Most recently, I worked on building anomaly detection techniques and timeseries based forecasting for network traffic volumes metrics. My current focus is to build statistical analysis library for anomaly detection and fault diagnosis inferring system/network behavior, applying statistical techniques from the analytics library on runtime streaming and historical data systems. I love to work at the boundary of analysis techniques and building runtime systems for system and network behavior diagnosis. Fun just started. !!!
