I’m Ashton Arudselvam, a Sydney-based Marketing and Human Resources graduate from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), where I completed a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & HR). I developed a strong foundation in digital marketing, SEO, and people-focused business practices.

I’ve supported digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), and paid advertising, contributing to content planning, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting. Through this experience, I’ve built skills in content creation, data analysis, and digital strategy.

With a background in both marketing and human resources, I bring a balanced perspective. I’m not only interested in how to attract and engage audiences, but also in how strong internal culture and employee experience support long-term business growth.
