ASHWANI KUMAR
Power Platform Expert and Small Business Owner in Noida, India
Greetings, I’m Ashwani Kumar, a Power Platform Leader, Independent Consultant, and Founder passionate about helping organisations accelerate digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and unlock business growth through modern technology solutions.
Professional Journey:
As a Power Platform Citizen Developer Lead at Teva Pharmaceutical, I work at the intersection of technology, business innovation, and community enablement. My expertise spans Power Platform, Microsoft 365, automation, AI-driven solutions, governance, and citizen development programs that empower teams to solve business challenges faster and smarter.
Over the years, I have partnered with global stakeholders, led cross-functional teams, and delivered scalable solutions that transform complex business problems into measurable outcomes. Whether it's streamlining processes, driving adoption, or enabling innovation at scale, my focus remains the same: helping organisations achieve more with technology.
Entrepreneurial Journey:
I am also the Founder of ZiddiMind, a consulting venture built on a simple belief: exceptional results are possible regardless of location. We help businesses leverage remote talent, modern technology, and innovative thinking to deliver solutions that others often consider too complex, too challenging, or out of reach.
At ZiddiMind, we partner with organisations seeking trusted expertise in Digital Transformation, AI, Automation, Power Platform, and Business process optimisation. Our mission is to help companies move faster, reduce inefficiencies, and achieve outcomes that create lasting business value.
If you're looking to accelerate innovation, automate business processes, scale your citizen developer ecosystem, or explore new possibilities with Microsoft technologies, I'd love to connect and discuss how we can work together.
