Since December 2019, He is associated with Akumentis Healthcare Ltd, for the Indian domestic business operations in Orthopedic Specialty. He is managing the marketing aspects of the entire portfolio with a valuation of INR 50 Crs. approx.
From January 2017, Ashwin was handling International marketing operations (Product Management) for East Africa Region & Sri Lanka in Mega Lifesciences Pty (Thailand) Ltd. He was handling a portfolio of Nutraceutical & Ethical Drugs, a valuation of $26 Million approx.
Until 2017, he has been a great contributor to the marketing of categories, Pain Management & Anti-infective in the Indian domestic market in Cipla Ltd. Ashwin ranked from Product Executive to Senior Product Manager Position in Cipla Ltd.
During the tenure of 5 years with Cipla Ltd, Ashwin worked for the Acute Segment. He facilitated the Key Account Manager Team and the digital initiative for Field Mobile Reporting. Ashwin launched a unique initiative under his brand basket promotion for upcoming Orthopedics “Ortho-scope”. Ortho-scope aimed to provide regular updates to medical fraternity and interaction with a subject specialist. He has handled INR >50 Crs of the brand portfolio with hands-on experience of the new brand launch.
In April 2011, Ashwin joined, as a Product Executive with VHB Lifesciences for Critical Care team, which later landed him up in Cipla as a Product Manager in October 2012.
Ashwin is an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management and Bachelor of Pharmacy. He also keeps interested in digital marketing and is a Certified Digital Marketing Master.
