Asif Aziz

Asif is an enthusiastic and hands-on property entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience and an in depth knowledge of the London property market.

He acquired his first London property in the 1980s while still at school, before working with Morgan Grenfell Laurie to promote London real estate opportunities internationally. In 1993 he moved overseas and whilst remaining active in the London property market built a successful branded FMCG business.

Returning to the UK in 2005, Asif established Criterion Capital and recruited a team that has helped him assemble an impressive portfolio of prime investment and added-value development assets in London’s West End and the Greater London area on behalf of private investors. Asif is passionate about and actively promotes a number of progressive charities, aimed at inspiring change in communities globally, through family, business and education.
