In short, my academic background is geared for understanding donor incentives; measuring impact and optimising under constraints. My media & growth background is the medium I use to achieve that.

Trained in Economics (BSc, PGDip Economics) based in the UK, UAE & KSA and worked in Media, Production, Education and Marketing for over 8 years in both Junior and Senior positions.

Examples of my Work

I have spent several years working in the overlap between media strategy and institutional growth in the charity sector; managing campaigns, building audiences, and delivering complex programmes for organisations that serve large communities. Here are some of my achievements:

• I grew (as Media Manager) a YouTube Channel from 310,000 to 675,000 subscribers in six months.
• Took a Hajj brand (as project manager) from ground zero to complete it's first Hajj programme end-to-end for 79 pilgrims, generating approximately £720,000 in gross revenue.
• Contributed significantly to an estimated £100,000 in lifetime campaign revenue for an e-learning start-up from two seasonal campaigns.

What I do in my spare time.

I have taught and continue to teach 400+ Students as an Instructor for Roots Academy (3 Universities) since 2023 & Head Teacher Dar Al-Birr School (Nottingham). Teach Qu'ran and host podcasts and shows. Background in Islamic Studies.
