Alex trained in classic Swedish deep tissue relaxation massage therapy techniques while in New Zealand over 17 years ago.

As a lifelong athlete herself, she developed a personal appreciation for the special benefits of good massage and was inspired to help others.

Back in Canada, she works from her home-based clinic near downtown in Renfrew part-time around other endeavours.
