Consultant, Change Manager, and Organizational Development in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Aslihan has a multi diciplinery background consists of social psychology, sociology and economics. She has a B.Sc on Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and an M.Sc on Management and Working Psychology.
She has started to her professional career as an internal auditor in a multinational company which was going through an acquisition process. This experience resulted in gaining great insights in all functions of a company and important skills on investigating, reporting as well as Organizational Change.
Then, following her career plans, she has started to work as an independent Management Consultant to pursue her entrepreneurial self; worked for different projects with both multinational and local companies in different locations, focusing on Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Transformation and Change Management.
Her expertise lies in analysing, designing and implementing management strategies; providing executive coaching, consultancy and training services with a tailored approach. Aslihan has industry experience in construction, banking/insurance, mining, oil and gas and aviation, also worked with start-ups and family-owned businesses. This hands on practices are mainly international & cross-language.
She was born and based in Istanbul, also lived in Dubai and London in the past, relocated to Kuala Lumpur in 2015.
Apart from being an avid reader of a variety of subjects, she is working on new writing projects and about to publish her first book on labor movement history. Also developing a visual research on meaning of work.
She loves travelling; discovering other ways of thinking and living, oh and eating! and cooking.. Enjoys DIY projects, supports several NPOs, follows nerds and passionate about staying creative, at all times.
