My belief:
Our Bodies and the Challenge of Modernity!
Our bodies are a marvel of nature, but the rapid pace of technological advancement may be leaving them behind. It's time to revisit the importance of our body's natural defense system.
Civilization and technology have seen explosive growth, but our bodies haven't necessarily adapted at the same rate. This can lead to "oxidative stress," a cellular imbalance that contributes to many modern diseases.
The COVID-19 pandemic serves as a stark reminder of our vulnerability. This unseen enemy highlights the need to understand the root causes of disease.
Strengthening Our Defenses: The Role of Antioxidants
Simply put, our bodies haven't kept pace with the demands of modern life. Imagine climbing Mount Everest without acclimatization camps. Our bodies need time to adjust to lower oxygen levels, just like they need time to adapt to the increased oxidative stress of modern civilization.
The solution lies in strengthening our body's natural antioxidant defense system. Antioxidants help combat oxidative stress and promote overall health.
At the End,
If my keeper is He whom I know,
Then the glass is kept next to the stone!
From the one and only God, the Almighty Victor; Creator of the creators, from the matchless creator Ahura Mazda (the great lord of all knowledge and existence);
To all my creations (the creators after me):
My essence is like a greeting of warmth and light from the sun that, every dawn, gives life, prosperity, and yield to the buds of wheat, hoping you believe in me.
