I am a Journalist working for Print and Online Media Platforms but Translations is what I do between projects. I like to travel and explore diverse communities to understand change and vulnerability.

I have special interest in the Investigations Journalism and Reporting on Climate Change, Engineering, Development, Environment and Energy , Bio- Diversity and love to explore the thematic areas and topics.

I write at various Media Platforms and Development agencies featuring emerging impacts on climate change, Environment and Humans, Engineering as pillars for Nation buildings, Sustainable development and translations from around the World.

I have over four years of experience working with various media platforms on a diverse range of topics. My stories have led me to the far reaches of Kathmandu valley and other interesting parts of Nepal.

My journey started in 2018 as a reporter with Sourya Dainik newspaper and then as a stringer for the national daily Annapurna Post, in 2019. At present, she is working for Print, Online, Development agencies and freelancers for Private Companies and Development Agencies.

With a Masters’ in Liberal Arts from IACER, Pokhara University and a Bachelors’ in Nepali Journalism and Mass Communication from Tribhuwan University, Nepal, she aims to develop a deeper understanding of how climate change and pollution affects the mountains and urban communities in Nepal, specifically children, and the elderly and vulnerable sections of the society.
