The Vice President of Global Marketing for Castrol , A. S. Ramchander (Ram) has over 28 years of experience in marketing, P&L management, strategy, and sales. Reporting directly to the CEO, He leads a team of global marketing professionals around the world. Ramchander serves as Castrol’s head of global marketing and is responsible for leading the marketing function in one of the top sales and marketing businesses in BP’s downstream portfolio. He has served in India and the Asia Pacific region and now operates from the UK.

1. Ram has almost 3 decades of experience in managing a diverse portfolio of products and has worked in national, regional, and global roles. He has a unique blend of B2C and B2B experience and is working in emerging and mature markets. His areas of expertise are Marketing strategy and Brand management, Channel development and strategy, Business strategy, Customer management and sales, and P&L leadership
