He oversees delivery of a broad range of related services, including precondition inspections and subsurface investigations, as well as air and water quality testing and rock profiling. Leading the company from its home base in Mt. Pocono, Pennsylvania, Andrew P. Sterner has secured its comprehensive certification and sanction in a total of seven states. He has built a team that includes certified inspectors and fully licensed flaggers, as well as teams qualified to conduct inspections approved by the Department of Transportation.

Over the course of his 22-plus years in leadership of the company, he has received recognition in the form of several industry awards. A recipient of the Government Relations - Merit Award from the American Subcontractors Association, Sterner also has earned the Safety Award from the same organization's Central Pennsylvania affiliate.
