Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine (AZD1222), approved for use in U.K by the MHRA , this vaccine is a «viral vector» vaccine, was developed by the University of Oxford and the British pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca Plc. Mexico and India have approved the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine for emergency use (january 2021).
