I am a transformation executive with more than 30 years of experience helping organisations navigate complex change across Australia, the UK and Southeast Asia. My career has spanned C-suite roles at BT Group (British Telecommunications) and BHP, two of the world's largest and most complex organisations, where I led major enterprise transformations, operating model change, workforce strategy, and cultural reinvention at global scale.

Now building a portfolio career based between Melbourne and London, I work with boards, CEOs and senior leaders across three areas: non-executive director and governance roles, CEO and board advisory, and executive coaching and mentoring. I partner with organisations and individuals navigating significant inflection points, from post-M&A integration and productivity transformation to leadership transitions and cultural change.
