At Atha Yoga Sadhana, we offer yoga classes and teacher training to help you slow down, feel grounded, and reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, and quiet moments.

Our style is gentle, traditional, and open to everyone. Whether you're just starting or have been practicing for a while, you're welcome here.

In our regular classes, you’ll learn:

If you want to go deeper into yoga or learn how to teach, we offer teacher training programs for all levels:

-100-Hour Course: A great way to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga—perfect for personal growth or a first step toward teaching.
- 200-Hour Course: A complete beginner-level training that covers the foundations of yoga, including posture, breath, philosophy, and how to teach with confidence.
- 300-Hour Course: For those who’ve already completed 200 hours. This training helps you grow further with more advanced knowledge, practice, and teaching tools.
- 500-Hour Course: A full and in-depth training that combines the 200-hour and 300-hour levels—ideal if you want to become a skilled and well-rounded yoga teacher.

Our courses are grounded in tradition, taught with heart, and designed to help you apply what you learn in real life—whether or not you plan to teach.
