We are a STEM education program for girls in middle school and high school who are interested in discovering more about career paths in the transportation industries related to cars, airplanes, rockets, boats, rail, trucks, EV in the specialties of engineering, robotics, design, mechanics, fabrication and business.

From wrenching to driving to entrepreneurship, the career paths for girls are limitless…they just haven’t been exposed to the possibilities….yet.

As an extra-curricular activity, inclusion in this program benefits the team members pursuing STEM careers in any industry by giving them real-life experience, allowing them to better understand and innovate for the future.

Our program teaches 15 different Education Tracks providing the essential life skills and career development needed to succeed.

We are creating a safe space for young girls to try new things, expand their knowledge, and be themselves. After all, how do you know if you are on the right career track until you get your hands dirty?
