I Am Athina Stamelakis a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Greece. I have graduated from the Athens Law School of the National Kapodistrian University and i holds a Master's Degree in Private International and European Law from the Greek National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and i holds a diploma of National School of Economics with specialisation in Tax Law.
I have been for many years Member and President of the Association of Young and Practicing Lawyers of Piraeus and senior editor of the scientific and social Young lawyers' periodical journal "PARISTAMA". I have also been member of the Municipal Corporation for the Cultural Development of the Municipality of Piraeus (KODEPAP) and i held the position of Secretary of the Women's Union of Greece, Piraeus Branch (ENEON). I Ms Stamelakisis is a elected Administrative member of Board of Directors of the Mutual Fund of Piraeus' Lawyers since 2012 and since 2017 I have been an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Piraeus Bar Association with an extensive interest in their sector matters.
I practice in Law fields of Civil, Family, Labour, Property, Corporate- Banking and Business Law for almost 2 decades. I speaks fluently English and French and basic German. I have been working as External Legal Counsel in the Legal Dept in Alpha Bank in Property law matters from 2002 until 2014 further to her practice period and I am a Major Attorney at Law in A.Stamelakis Law Firm & Associates in Piraeus since 2012. I lives and works in Piraeus and I am married with three children.
