Atine John Bosco is an internationally recognised technology executive, enterprise architect, and digital transformation strategist based in Brussels, Belgium. With over 20 years of career at the nexus of enterprise technology, digital governance, and international development cooperation, he has built and led large-scale ICT ecosystems serving governments, regional bodies, and institutions across Africa, the Caribbean, the Pacific, and Europe — shaping policy, strengthening service delivery, and driving institutional resilience at scale. An invited speaker at global cybersecurity forums including CyberTech Global Tel Aviv and CyberTech Africa, he is a recognised voice on AI governance, cybersecurity, and digital public infrastructure in international development contexts. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant of AtineLabs™, launched in August 2026, through which he advises governments, development partners, and organisations on technology-led institutional transformation.
His technical expertise spans Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online, cloud computing (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), ERP transformation, cybersecurity governance and risk management, business continuity planning, and enterprise architecture. He is a recognised practitioner in AI-enabled digital transformation and digital public infrastructure — helping organisations build secure, resilient, and future-ready digital institutions aligned to global best practices.

He actively engages with organisations, executive leaders, development partners, and technology professionals passionate about building innovative, digitally enabled institutions.
A PhD Candidate in Computer Science, he is a Chartered Information Scientist (MBCS — BCS), CISA-certified, ITIL 4 practitioner, and holds memberships in BCS, ACM, and ITPA.
