I am currently on track to become a Management major within the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. At UMass I have studied interactive managerial techniques, as well as consumer culture. For example, in my Operations and Information Management 301 (OIM) class I co-lead a small team assigned to uncover basic principle required to organize and manage service and manufacturing organizations. What I discovered was many aspects such as improved facility layout, supply-chain management, or even scheduling affects the company revenue stream. As part of our project we created a survey testing classmates knowledge on the topics, which we then transformed into graphs and tables for easy understanding
