Debbie Segal graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in Public Relations, and in 1995 received her law degree from Southern New England School of Law (now known as the University of Massachusetts Law School - Dartmouth). She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar (1995) and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court (2011). She has represented parents and children on parental rights cases and children requiring assistance cases. She has appeared before trial courts throughout the Commonwealth and before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and Supreme Judicial Court.
Debbie's areas of practice include juvenile law, elder law, estate planning, real estate and condominium law. She has volunteered for the Attorney Assisted Unit of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She has also served as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for a condominium association where she is a member. In addition to her law practice, Debbie is a certified mediator and has dedicated her career to assisting her clients in resolving conflicts.
