Kyle Todd, Esq. has been a lifelong advocate for the rights of immigrants. Beginning in high school, he engaged in multi-issue organizing to advance human rights for all, regardless of immigration status. In college, Kyle organized in solidarity with farm workers, political prisoners, and other oppressed individuals. In the course of this work, he connected immigrants' rights to the rights of all peoples who live at the margins of society.

In law school, Attorney Todd continued to advocate for the rights of all peoples while immersing himself deeply in the study of law. In the process, he learned the value of using laws to help those in need.

Attorney Todd represents individuals in every aspect of immigration and nationality law. He prepares immigration and naturalization petitions for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), including family green card applications, employment-based petitions, applications for asylum, and all types of visas. He represents individuals in removal (deportation) proceedings, appealing deportation decisions, and regarding filings in federal court.

Attorney Todd gives personal attention to each of his cases, utilizing every legal avenue to attain winning results. Seeking justice is his mission, and that guides his work in each of his cases.
