Atul Makharia

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of finance, Atul Makharia is a wealth advisor with Mantei & Associates, a Lexington, South Carolina, branch office of Centaurus Financial, Inc. Atul Makharia is committed to ensuring that clients achieve their objectives through a combination of tactical planning and diversified allocation strategies.

With Series 63 and Series 7 certifications, Mr. Makharia’s responsibilities as a registered representative extend to pathways that incorporate 401(k) accounts and annuity holdings. Active in his professional community, he attends several client events throughout the year.

Mr. Makharia is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina (USC) where he completed his master of business administration in 2003. He also holds a chemical engineering degree from Mumbai University in India.

With his colleagues in the financial industry, he has undertaken fundraising that supported the research and advocacy efforts of The Parkinson Foundation of Georgia. He is a longtime supporter of athletics at USC, which his daughter currently attends, and is a member of the Gamecock Club.
