Atycare Initiative

Founded in 2018 and registered with the CAC in 2021, Atycare Initiative (ACI) recognizes that they are a lot of shortcomings in the education of children in Africa. Therefore, ACI is a passion-driven development organization with passion and empathy concerning access to Education, Economic empowerment, psycho-social support, Gender Equality, Basic health care, Knowledge Development, and Management in Nigeria. ACI is conscientious in reaching out to Women, Orphans, and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and Youth in hard-to-reach communities and remote villages - for we envision a society where children develop into functional and productive adults.
We create educational scholarships, and women empowerment, create safe learning spaces to improve learning outcomes and provide psycho-social support for under-deserve children in hard-to-reach rural communities.
The organization’s aim is to facilitate the provision of comprehensive care and support to vulnerable households initially in areas of Cross River State and afterwards in other areas of Nigeria. With a vision to see a society where children and women are equipped with essential skills to grow into responsible adults. This organization strives to support and promote education, health, entrepreneurship and child rights for this women, vulnerable children and youth in order to achieve a more unbiased society.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

To promote positive parenting through capacity building for parents and caregivers.

To promote access to quality education through the provision of comprehensive educational resources to vulnerable children in underserved communities.

To encourage entrepreneurship amongst women and youth by organizing skill acquisition programs at different levels.

To provide mentoring opportunities to young people with the aim of raising effective leaders.

To initiate and encourage the concept of youth volunteerism within various communities for the purpose of raising effective leaders.

To facilitate research and documentation on issues boring Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Youth.

To partner with local and international organizations to achieve the desired aims and objectives.
