Goal: My long-term career goal is to inform decisions that empower individuals and communities to be resilient and obtain their maximum: health, economic and educational potential. Experience: I have obtained high quality professional skills through several years of management experiences at Pella Corporation (Fortune 500), U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Census Bureau, and contracted consultant work. Accomplishments: I developed three teams of 60 employees and consistently met goals on time with a 99% on time delivery rate. I managed all manufacturing activities within three departments to produce high-quality parts and managed profit and loss responsibilities for three departments which profited under my leadership. Skills: I have applied administrative research skills to inform decision-making processes that led to the creation of highly-effective action plans. I have communicated tasks based on action plans to large groups of diverse stakeholders and collaboratively implemented processes. Essentially, I have utilized project management skills which led to the efficient completion of various large scale projects, e.g. started up a branch that ultimately increased sales by 2 Million.
