Audrey Choi, MD

Audrey Choi is a resident physician currently completing postgraduate training at the City of Hope National Cancer Center and in the General Surgery Department at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Her recent research in surgical oncology has had her working on exciting projects with mentor Dr. Joseph Kim for the past year. This year, she's looking forward to working in Dr. Yuman Fong's lab, researching a new oncolytic vaccinia virus that could treat several different types of cancer.

Originally from California, Audrey Choi attended the University of California at Berkeley, spending a semester studying abroad in China. Once she received her degree in Molecular and Cell Biology, she moved on to medical school at Case Western Reserve University.
