Audris Umel

Hi, I'm Audris Umel, a social psychologist and researcher specializing in digital transformation and collaborative approaches, with a demonstrated work history in program management, training, and teaching.

As a researcher and data analyst, I am interested in the intersections of behavioral science, digital transformation, and inclusive (design) approaches. Currently, I am involved in projects focused on people-oriented digitalization in education, the skilled craft industry, and migrant integration.

As a consultant and facilitator, I enjoy engaging with individuals and groups to harness skills and practices of thoughtful leadership, effective communication, and creative collaboration. I have worked with various individuals and groups, including minorities and vulnerable communities, government institutions, NGOs, and the private sector.
